Below are some questions we are regularly asked by people who are arranging memorials. Hopefully they will help to answer some of your questions too, but if not you can either visit us in person, call us, or send us an email.
Q: Can I have any memorial
that I choose?
A: Most cemeteries/churchyards adhere to certain specifications that
include size, colour and the material of the memorial.
Q: Does the cemetery need to approve my memorial?
A: An application form with details and measurements is submitted and we may only proceed with the order once it has been approved.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: We ask for 50% of the amount to be paid as a deposit, the remainder is payable within 30 days of the memorial being fixed in place.
Q: Which type of stone is the most hardwearing one?
A: Granite is the most hardwearing stone, however memorials made of
most stones will not deteriorate for many years.
Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: Additional fees for cemeteries or churchyards (permits, etc.)
will be chargeable, and we will always advise of these when
preparing your estimate.
